I'm Lisa and I'm a freelance data scientist working to address current societal challenges in order to make a difference and drive change. I also build a decentralized knowledge commons infrastructure with Liberate Science, use data for good at CorrelAid, and am involved with the Open Science MOOC to make open the default setting for all global research. Other than that, I'm strangely curious about the mechanisms behind aviation accidents, value people over institutions and impact over numbers, and advocate for ethical leadership.
In computing, data planes are the parts of a network that carry user traffic. Data Planes builds on this idea by carrying information on all things data and sharing reproducible code for my own projects, aiming to contribute to both the tech community and the Open Science movement.
